Francheska “Frankie” Reed is the Tenants Advocacy & Veterans Law Coordinator at Cornell Law School. Frankie began with the Tenants Advocacy Program in 2021 as an undergraduate hotline volunteer, later serving as Case Coordinator and Operations Manager before assuming her full-time role in 2025. Over the years, she has filed, assigned, and managed over 900 cases, advised clients under attorney supervision, observed court proceedings, automated intake systems, and contributed to grant reporting. Frankie previously interned with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and completed a joint fellowship with the US-Asia Institute and Philippine Embassy. She is committed to housing justice, poverty alleviation, and community development.
Frankie holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minor in Law & Society from Cornell University and has completed coursework in housing policy, landlord-tenant law, disability law, and immigration law.
