Migration and Human Rights Program

The Migration and Human Rights Program (MHRP) at Cornell sits at the nexus of practice and research on immigration laws in the United States. The program supports the collaboration of scholars at Cornell focused on immigration and human rights across many disciplines.

Projects

Through legal services, strategic litigation, policy development, and clinical education, MHRP works to address urgent migration challenges while training the next generation of immigration and human rights advocates.
