Path2Papers (P2P) is a project that helps DACA recipients pursue work visas and other pathways to legal permanent residency. Housed at Cornell Law School, P2P is one of the only programs in the country that combines experience in employer representation with expertise in evaluating immigration options for DACA recipients.
Get an Individual Consultation and Support
We offer free consultations to DACA workers and employers in the San Francisco Bay Area or at Cornell University.* Our consultations include individualized assessments of immigration legalization options with an emphasis on employment-based immigration visas.
*In our definition of a DACA worker, we include persons who qualify for DACA but have never received deferred action. The San Francisco Bay Area includes the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo.
Our program brings together attorneys with decades of experience providing legal services to various entities — nonprofit agencies, multinational corporations, hospitals, and universities — who specialize in representing DACA recipients.
