We offer free consultations to both DACA workers and other Dreamers and their employers with a connection to the San Francisco Bay Area or Cornell University.* Our consultations include individualized assessments of immigration legalization options with an emphasis on employment-based immigration visas.

*In our definition of a DACA worker, we include persons who qualify for DACA but have never received deferred action. The San Francisco Bay Area includes the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo. We broadly define having a connection to these counties, including those who were raised, educated, reside, or are employed by a company in the region.
