We offer free legal consultations to Dreamers,* employers, and attorneys. These consultations include individualized assessments of immigration legalization options with an emphasis on employment-based visas and strategies for those who have re-entered the United States on a non-immigrant visa. We also offer technical support to attorneys representing Dreamers in employment-based immigration matters.

*Our definition of a Dreamer includes individuals who entered the United States before their 18th birthday, arrived prior to 2022, and have graduated from high school in the United States.
